What we collect

When you fill out our form, we collect your email address, ZIP code, and first name if you choose to provide it. We don't use advertising trackers on this site. The donation preview does not collect payment information or send your gift selection to a server.

How we use it

We use it to email you about our work, to tell you when your lawmakers need to hear from you, and share updates relevant to your area based on your ZIP code.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and send email, and only for that purpose. Humans in Control Action and Humans in Control are separate organizations and keep separate contact lists.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send. To have your information deleted, email us at [address TBD] and we'll take care of it within a few days.
